Daily Spam Index

My spam index represents the number of Spam emails in my gmail inbox. I have three or four different email addresses I am forwarding to my gamil account. I don’t read or delete the spam I get, so the number of spam goes up until it is automatically deleted at 30 days.

After the 30 days passed, I started measuring the increase or decrease in the amount of spam I received in 30 days.My spam index fluctuates during the day. I usually write down the number when I check email in the morning. When made note of a previous high of around 710 or so. Then, I was accepting all mail from one of my domains though.

UPDATE: I found this link through digg.com. You can now find out if the unsubscribe link in a spam email you get will actually take you off their list, or if you’ll end up just getting more spam from them. WOW. I think I’ll go through my big spam inbox one of these days and try it. Perhaps the numbers will decline. Here is the link directly to the unsubscribe safety check form.
